Rental Fees/Deposit:

First Floor Banquet Room (capacity: 100)

Day Rate: $125 for 8 hours (including set up and cleanup). Rental includes seating of standard 6’ cafeteria style tables, chairs, and use of the kitchen (sink, microwave and refrigerator). No stove/oven availability.

Deposit: $100 refundable deposit. Deposit made by check. We do not cash deposit checks, unless the stipulations in this contract are violated.

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour up to 4 hours (including set up and cleanup). Rental includes seating of standard 6’ cafeteria style tables, chairs, and use of the kitchen (sink, microwave and refrigerator). No stove/oven availability.

Deposit: $100 refundable deposit. Deposit made by check. We do not cash deposit checks, unless the stipulations in this contract are violated.

A signed contract, payment and deposit check of $100 must be received to secure your reservation. Fees are due at least five (5) business days prior to your event. Rental requests under five (5) days prior notice may require a $10 administrative rush charge.
